As an herbalist I like to look at imbalances in a holistic manner. Although we all may like quick fixes for our health, they don't often get to the root of the problem. Sometimes they act as a band aid to cover up the problem for a time until something else is compromised. It is important to look at every system of the body and every level of being- physical, mental & spiritual in order to treat the issue whatever it may be. During an herbal consultation, tongue, face and pulse assesment will be used as well as a look at health history. Ayurveda, diet, Yoga, aromatherapy as well as herbs may be part of the individual protocol. Together we will get to the core of the issue and work together to bring yourself back to healthy balance. |
Reiki Sessions 1/2 hour ($40.00). 1 hour (70.00) Reiki is energy work that encourages balance in your physical, mental and spiritual health. It is a non-invasive way to deal many different issues on all levels especially if they are deep rooted. Sessions may include aromatherapy, crystal work and chakra balancing. |
