Thread of Bliss
Shirodhara therapy comes from India's ancient system of health and healing,
Ayurveda.
It is a profound experience. One lays on a table, face-up, eyes closed. A copper
pot hangs from above. An individually prepared combination of warmed oil flows
through a small opening in the pot, falling gently on the forehead.

I have personally experienced shirodhara and it truly is an amazing treatment-
one that is more profound than  other bodywork and energy work I have
